General Guidelines

Participants must report to the Ponneri venue on or before 9:30 AM.
Participants must report to the Coimbatore venue on or before 9:00 AM.
Participants must report to the Pondicherry venue on or before 8:00 AM.
Report to the venue at least 30 minutes before the session.
Carry a valid ID card and registration confirmation.
Participants should be familiar with the assigned role or topic.
Dress in formal or appropriate attire suitable for the event.
Maintain decorum and parliamentary etiquette throughout the session.
Follow all instructions provided by the moderators and organizers.
Registration fees are non-refundable.

Rules & Regulations

Participants must perform only the role assigned by the organizing committee.
Discussions should remain relevant to the agenda and parliamentary procedures.
Personal remarks, offensive language, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Speaking time limits must be strictly followed.
Moderators' and judges' decisions shall be final.
The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the session format if necessary.
